How to Embed Plurk Timeline

When I am re-theming my personal blog and decided to add my social networks streamline there includes: Facebook Streams, Twitter Tweets, Plurk Timeline, Flickr Photostreams, and Delicious Bookmarks, I need to write my own function to grab and display my plurk timeline using PHP since the blog is built in wordpress engine.

Classic ASP Relative Date

Sometimes ago I need to add classic asp relative dates functionality on my Classic ASP Twitter Library, I know that there are more than one possibilities to get this done but i decided to fully convert my PHP relative dates function, its maybe more complicated than the one available out there but i believe this is more flexible and customizable.

I use unix timestamp format do calculate the time margin via classic asp timestamp function, so it is easy to extend the functionality for different purposes for example display relative date for upcoming dates, just give a try.

Classic ASP Twitter API

I am still running a blog which is built in Classic ASP and I need to integrate twitter status on it, there are several solutions for this in PHP but i found none in Classic ASP, so I decided to write my own scripts for this purpose.

It is currently support few twitter API methods, such as:

• Twitter User Timeline, display your tweets
• Twitter User Show, display your twitter detail profile
• Twitter Friends Timeline, display your twitter friends tweets
• Twitter Statuses Update, to update your tweets using ASP Script

I am intend to add more twitter api implementation on it, so stay tuned.

Create Shorten URL on the fly with API, VBScript & PHP

I have written a tutorial to create your own shortening URL on the fly using free shortening services:

in both version shortening URL via PHP and shortening URL via Classic ASP/VBScript, it is fully OOP approach and it will be easy to add more shortening URL services to the library.

After migrating the server i decided to give my web design blog a new face, using another cool premium theme by woothemes with minor tweaking to match my needs.

Now it is running with slightly new design, but theres a problem during migration, you may discover a 404 error while trying to reach specific blog post from external links since the permalinks is changed, if so please use the search or navigate from category instead.

I have decided to be fully freelancer at this early year, and as a freelance web developer having a web portfolio is a must, so i decided to develop my own portfolio website with a brand new domain developer.web.id.

This portfolio website was built using wordpress engine, and use a nice looks portfolio wordpress theme by woothemes. Hopley by puting it up online i could get more and more web design projects in the future.
